build Android under Ubuntu 9.10

• Ubuntu 9.10 users may need to install a newer version of standard C++ library

$sudo apt-get install libstdc++6 

• Ubuntu 9.10 users may need to add the old Jaunty repos to their /etc/apt/sources.list to install sun-java5-jdk
